Compress Image to 100 KB
Compress JPG, PNG or WebP images to under 100 KB online for free, ideal for application forms and upload limits. Runs in your browser; your images are never uploaded.
What fits in 100 KB?
100 KB suits ID photos, profile pictures and many government upload forms. Most passport-size photos fit with little visible loss.
As a rule of thumb, a photo saved as JPG at good quality takes about 0.2 bytes per pixel. 100 KB therefore holds roughly 0.5 megapixels, for example 820 × 620 pixels. Larger photos still fit, but Nouply has to lower the quality or the dimensions more.

Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded?
No. Compression runs entirely in your browser. Your images never leave your device.
How does the target size work?
Nouply lowers the quality step by step until the file fits under your limit. If that is not enough, it also reduces the image dimensions slightly.
Does compression remove photo metadata?
Yes. Compressed images no longer contain EXIF data such as camera details or GPS location, which is good for your privacy.
Should I choose JPG or WebP?
JPG works everywhere, including official application forms. WebP makes smaller files for websites, but some older systems do not accept it.
